Lunges:

Lunges are a great way to boost your booty!  I love the way this lays everything out and helps to keep you in proper form!  How many can you do with out stopping?  I dare you to go give it a go and come post in the comments.

    Lunges are great, I need to be better at doing them. They are tough on my knees, but I should start incorporating them, see if I can ease into them. I'm doing a 28-day squat challenge, and loving that!

    1. I need to be better about being consistent. Thanks for following! I agree lunges and squats can be tough on knees. I have found I do better when I go slow and really watch my form.
