14 Days of Love

14 days of self love!!(wow, that kinda sounds a bit dirty)  14 Days of Love! (yes that is much better)

 Day 1:  Take 20 minutes today that are just about you!  Do something you really love doing (not TV, I find that I am not usually refreshed or feeling better about me after a TV binge), read, take a nice bubble bath, turn up the music and dance, sing, exercise (only if you love it though), a walk outside, craft, cook, bake, just something that you enjoy doing and it needs to be just about you not anyone else.  For me it will be a book and a bath.

There is something about a bath and a good read that always feel refreshed and recharged after something just for me.  Somehow taking a few minutes for me fills my cup, gives me a fresh perspective, and allows me to continue doing some of the things that I need to do without feeling so much like Cinderella.(but without all the helping mice and birds, I am still waiting for the day that I can find birds to make my bed)
