Cellulite be gone!

It doesn't matter how much weight I loose I still have a few spots that are really tough to get cellulite free.  Cellulite is my worst enemy, it doesn't matter your size or shape it seems almost everyone has one area where they have some cellulite issues.  It seems to be more of a problem for women than men.  Here are a few things to help get rid of cellulite:

  • Body wraps
  • Grapefruit, lemon, lime, and orange essential oils
  • WATER!!! you have to hydrate this is critical!
  • Body Brushing
  • Exercise (be sure to get all kinds, cardio, strength, and stretching!)
  • Clean eating
  • Regular cleansing and detoxing, you can do detox baths, or an herbal cleanse (there are many different options but these are my two favorites) Check out this site for great step by step on a detox bath

So many things to help, here is a recipe for a great body wrap you can do at home:
Have any of you ever been to a spa and had a wrap?  I haven't, however, a while back I did a little experiment... .  I found a recipe online for a slim & sassy wrap  one you just add 20 drops slim & sassy oil to 1 Tbsp coconut oil and apply to area of concern, then wrap with plastic wrap, leave for 1-2 hours or overnight if possible.  The one I used is this

In a 4 oz glass spray bottle, combine
40 drops slim & sassy oil
15 drops Eucalyptus oil
15 drops Wintergreen oil
10 drops Peppermint oil
10 drops Lavender Oil
10 drops Grapefruit oil
Fill to  the top with carrier oil - I am using almond oil, but coconut oil or grapeseed oil would all be great too.

Before wrapping I am going took my measurements and some pics and I could see some results in the pics, but I really did see drop in measurements.   Here are my measurements before and after...  I just measured the areas where I really wanted to see a difference...
Top of my thigh, just below my butt
Right Leg 22 After 21 1/4
Left Leg 21 1/2 (weird how there can be that much difference between legs) After 20 1/2
Lower thigh, just above my knee
Right leg 15 1/4 After 15
Left leg 15 After 14 3/4
Stomach right at my belly button 29 1/4 After 28 1/2
Right arm at mid bicep 11 After 10 1/2
Left arm at mid bicep 10 1/2 (man my left side must be a wuse!) After 10 1/4

Here is my friend's measurements (she helped me wrap up.. I highly recommend a helper you will get a tighter better wrap job.  I left mine over night (this was interesting when I had to pee...) I figured it out but it could have been a problem... just something to think about when getting all wrapped up.

Upper thigh right 25 after 24
Upper thigh left 24 1/4 after 24
Stomach 37 after 33 1/2!!! we had to remeasure just to make sure!!!  Crazy huh!

So to do this spray the area of concern (this would be my upper thigh, my stomach, and upper arms)  Wrap with three or four layers of plastic/saran wrap.   Leave on for 1-2 hours or over night.  This wrap will be a warm/cool detoxifying wrap.  The average loss has been anywhere from 1/2 inch to 6 inches!!!  Make sure to drink plenty of water, and for more detoxifying results add 5-15 drops lemon to it.   You want to drink before during and especially after.
